Access and Security

The key card activates electricity and air conditioning. Always keep it with you: if you leave it in the room, you won’t be able to re-enter. In case of loss or any issues, please contact us immediately.

You will find a safe inside the wardrobe. Enter a combination of 4-9 characters and press #. Confirm by repeating the combination followed by the # key.

Make sure to remember your code; recovery by a technician incurs additional charges and takes considerable time.

Room Comfort

The air conditioning turns on automatically, with the card inserted, if the temperature exceeds 25°C. Opening the windows will deactivate it. You can use the wall controller to adjust it.

• Top button – On/Off (please wait 30 seconds)
• Middle buttons – Adjust temperature
• Bottom button – Adjust fan speed

In winter, you can adjust the heating by turning the upper knob on the radiators.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Ago e Lillo Bistrot in Piazza del Risorgimento 48, the second café on the right as you exit the building.

Please bring the voucher found on the desk (1 voucher = 1 breakfast for 1 person).

You can also use the coffee machine and kettle in the common area at any time.

Cleaning Service

We provide a daily room tidying service between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Sheets are changed every three days. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.

If you prefer a full daily cleaning service, it is available for an extra charge of €15 per day.

If you do not wish to use the cleaning service, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.

Checkout and City Tax

Checkout time is at 10:00 AM. Please respect the schedule. If you leave early, leave the keys and card in the room.

If you have not yet paid the City Tax (€5 per person per night), you can pay it locally to our staff or leave the amount in the room. We will send you the receipt.

If you need to leave your luggage and pick it up later, please contact us.
